How can I change Customer check out form?

I’m struggling with editing this form.

Is there anyone who can help with this one?

I want to remove all customer address forms and add the customer names below the phone number section.

Those fields are required for tax/shipping calculations and not something you could remove.
Why do you need to remove them?

This website support only pick up for order.

and also, we make in-store payments only.

So, I don’t need the customer’s shipping info.

I just need to take a pre-order and get the customer’s name and phone number.
