How can I change MX records in Shopify managed domains?

I’m unable to click the name of the domain in the “Shopify Managed Domains” section of “Domains”… how else do I change the DNS Settings/MX record without this, or is there something I’m not doing correctly? Thanks

I appreciate the context that you have shared as that is super helpful. If you have purchased a domain directly from the Shopify platform, you should be able to manage the domains DNS settings. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

If you do not see this option available, we may need to look into the account for more troubleshooting. Since we cannot authenticate you for the store over our public forums, the best course of action would be to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the domain with a Support Advisor.
