I opened a shop a while ago and since then my bank account has changed. I dont remember my old account or routing number and would like some help with changing this. Also, I realized this after someone placed an order and was wondering how the money transfer would work upon changing bank accounts.

Im having problems updating my new bank acct info in Shopify. I keep reaching out to acct specialist for help and they assured my problem has been escalated to the appropriate department but I haven’t heard from anyone. When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.
Its probably because Plaid changes your bank account number to a virtual number so the verify by bank account is not the best solution for verifying your bank information. I am not sure why that is the verification process, if you hook up with Plaid as they reccomend, there is no way of knowing the bank account number they provide. Its silly.
I need help changing my bank account as well. Also contacted the shopify team and no one has reached out to me via email. Its very frustrating. Waiting for two weeks now.
