I have been trying to change my bank account information for almost 2 weeks now. My ticket was supposed to be escalated a week ago. The updates I keep getting tell me thank you for my patience and they are working on it. I have provided all the information to prove the account number is correct and still no help. I have a new account I need to add. My patience is running very thin at this point. I just want this old account deleted so I can add the new one! Very disgruntled at this point.
