How can I change my banking info without customer service help?

I need to change my banking info can someone please call me and why is it so hard to get customer service there is no phone number on this and there is no direct customer service chat so frustrating

Please follow these steps to change your banking information:

  1. From your Shopify Admin, go to Settings > Payments
  2. In the Shopify Payments section, click Manage.
  3. Under Payout account in the Payout details section, click Change bank account.
  4. Enter your account information, then click Save.
