Hi there, I need help with my billing method. I am wanting it to go to monthly rather than yearly. If possible can I request a refund of what was taken out of my account for the year. As this has now put me and my family in a difficult financial situation.

You can change your billing period by going to:
Admin > Settings > Plan > Change Plan > Change Billing Period.
As far as getting a refund goes, you would have to reach out to Shopify’s support team directly to see if this is possible. It’ll probably depend on how long ago the bill/charge occurred.
