Hi, so my store is a Slush Cup that you squeeze and it make a slushy with any liquid that you put into it, before this you will need to put it in the fridge for 5-6 hrs or freezer for 2-3hrs.

I hope that this will do well and i will make my first sales on shopify:)

When i go on live support it is very unclear as how do i message someone privately to then message my login details to them and then authenticate that it is my Account.
