How can I change my ecommerce site's shipping title design?

Hi everyone,

I’m using a debut theme for my ecommerce website. For now, you’ll see below how my shipping options appear on the check out page :

I’d like to add more details for each type of shipping, like this :

checkout page customization allow only shopify plus plan do you have this?
