I understand that you would like to consolidate all of your stores notifications into one email. This is possible by updating the email under Settings > Account details > Profile > Edit email. If you want to update your sender notifications like New Orders, head over to Notifications and add your email there as well. You did mention that this did not work, so feel free to share some additional information as to what is occurring. Did you have a chance to check your spam/junk folder?
Also, if you would like to change the email associated to your account, you can do so by heading over to your Admin and clicking on your profile on the top right hand side of your screen. From there, like Manage accounts and update your email.
