Howdy, I have noticed that when I get email notifications they are downloadable? How can I get rid of this, it looks unprofessional.

It sounds like the email notifications you are receiving have attached files that are downloadable. You can try to follow these steps:
- Go to Online Store → Settings → Notifications
- Click on the notification that you want to edit (example: Order confirmation)
- Go to Attachment section → uncheck the “Include PDF attachments” box
- Save and test

Sorry for the confusion, we think the logo in your email notifications may be embedded as an attachment, which is why it appears to be downloadable. You can follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem.
- Go to admin panel → settings → notifications → select the email notification that you want to edit.
- Go to Email Templates → locate your logo image
- Remove the image from the email template or replace it with a different image.
- Save your changes.
