How can I change my newsletter form to collect emails for Shopify Email campaigns?

I will be using Shopify Email (https://www.shopify.com/email-marketing) and I need to change my Newsletter contact form to collect the email address. Currently my theme is setup as a Mailchimp form action. How can collect emails and have them import directly into my Customers tab so I can see them in Shopify Email Campaigns?

You can use the Shopify Store Importer app to import contacts collected from Mailchimp to Shopify.
The app is provided by Shopify and is free.
