Hello-
Just noticing that I have my lite and pro versions opposite of what they should be. My home address is a location listed and it is the pro, and my actual store address shows the “lite” version. I need to just have my store address and not “2” locations. I want my store as my only location and be able to use the “pro” that I have been paying for. When I go in to try to fix, it wants to charge me for pro vs letting me swap or at least cancel my home address as a location.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello, @ARoeder-1 .
Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!
The Shopify POS Pro subscription is location-based so you will need to manage the subscription for each location separately. We’d recommend downgrading your home location to POS Lite and then upgrading the store location to POS Pro. When you downgrade to POS Lite, our system will prorate the refund as billing credits and you can use this towards upgrading the other location to POS Pro. After that, you can also delete a location for your home address.
I noticed that you’re a new member of our Shopify Community! Once you’ve resolved the Shopify POS subscriptions, I’d love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. What kinds of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
