Hi so I’m trying to change my primary domain it’s not set up as primary yet, but it won’t let me change it, I don’t want to start a whole new store when I have everything I need in my store which took forever to make, I’ve paid for a new domain but no difference with the primary, how can I change my primary domain so I won’t create another store, please help! I don’t want my customers to think I’m a scammer or anything!!

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.
Since we are unable to access your account details over the Shopify Community, I will need some additional information to continue assisting you. By default, your primary domain uses the format your-store-name.myshopify.com. You should have the ability to alter this URL once per account. If you already made a change, then the next best thing is to add a custom domain, and then set your custom domain as the primary domain. Once you do so, the Shopify URL will not be seen by the public, only known by you.
