How can I change my Shopify plan without losing features?

It sounds like you have carrier-calculated shipping enabled on your current annual plan, is that correct? This feature can still be included if you’re upgrading to the annual Shopify plan.

To confirm which features are part of your current plan, please reach out to our team via the Shopify Help Center. You can let the virtual assistant there know that you’re looking for account support, and it should lead you to the available contact options. For security reasons, I’m not able to view your account or plan details from here, but our team in the Help Center will be able to confirm for you exactly what will change when you upgrade.

Upgrading plans should not completely erase your shipping settings like zones and profiles. However, if you have carrier-calculated shipping enabled and were switching to a plan that didn’t include it, those rates wouldn’t be active anymore. Our team can make sure that your shipping settings are still intact after switching plans.
