how do I rename policy pages on shopify? they all already have names attached to them.

Admin > Online Store > Themes > click the “…” dropdown > select “edit default theme content” > use the search bar at the top to search for the name of the page you want to edit the name of > it’ll bring up some options for you to edit > make your changes and then save.

I found where I needed to change the name from Refund Policy to Return Policy, but I am unable to edit the text in the field. I cannot even highlight the text. Did things change between when this post was posted and now (March 2024)?
Things haven’t changed. I’d try refreshing the page, and also making sure that you don’t have any kind of add blocker extension in your browser running. If you’re not using Google Chrome (or the latest version of Google Chrome), then I’d recommend making trying that too.
