How can I change the background on my Flow theme to an image?

Hi there,

I’m looking to change the background on my FLOW them, from a basic colour to an image. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!

Background of whole page with a picture or just a section?

Just the Section would be perfect. If you could help with both, I could play around with it to see what looks best.
