How can I change the color of a solid horizontal line on Refresh theme?

Hi,

I’d like to add a Solid horizontal line of my chosen color & to change the px value.

I am using the Refresh theme. Most things so far have gone into base.css

Locations:

  1. At the top of the footer between email form

  2. Between featured collection & web banner.

To can add a Solid horizontal line, you can check out my suggestion below:

  1. Go to Edit code on Online Store:

  1. add my code above the tag on Theme.liquid:
