How can I change the color of specific footer links?

Hi,
We’re planning on using the District theme soon (haven’t yet bought it so we don’t currently have access to the code).

Is there a way to change the email links to a different color? We want to make it appear as a hyperlink so customers don’t get confused. Or is there a way to underline “here”?
