I need to amend my payment method, the CC details need updating/chaanging but under billing payment methods where there should be … to change the card, it says simply USD???

You should see the option to update your billing info in the settings > billing menu in your Shopify admin.
In this instance though, you mentioned that the option to ‘Replace credit card’ or the ‘…’ option where more payment methods are present are not showing up for you there?
Could you perhaps share a screenshot of what you do see in that menu instead so we can check this out with you?
It may be an issue localised to your browser, in which case I’d recommend you ensure you’re using a supported browser and that you’ve cleared the cache on it recently.
