How can I change the default size variant in Dawn 3.0?

Hi there, I am setting up my store in Dawn 3.0.

Currently the store selects XS as the default size variant.

My problem is that Printful does not offer some colours in XS.

Is there code to enable me to change the default clothing size to Small (or Medium)?

Ideally if XS is not available in a colour, then it wouldn’t display the XS ‘Pill’ or ‘Dropdown’ option at all for that colour, is this possible?
