my theme is called {Flow version 11.4.1} Right now dropdown filter background hover color is blue but I need to change it to another color. please help me to change the color.

I believe that blue colour is dictated by your browser, rather than the theme. Unless the theme is coded in a way to have a custom background colour when hovering, it’s going to show that blue highlight by default.
If you wanted to change it, you’d definitely need some custom coding. I’m not sure if it’s as easy as adding in a line of CSS, or if you would need to completely re-code the ‘filter’ menu snippet/section, to support the different colours.
I tried playing around with it in the Flow theme, but I was only able to change the background colour of the entire drop-down, and it still showed the blue colour when hovering.
I’d recommend reaching out to either HeyCarson.com or else a coder from this page (https://www.shopify.com/partners/directory/services/store-setup/customize-theme) for help with editing this.
Alternatively, you could try using a different theme (if you haven’t purchased the Flow theme yet). I know the Symmetry theme (https://themes.shopify.com/themes/symmetry/styles/beatnik) has a grey background colour when you hover over the drop-downs on collection pages.
