Does anyone know how I can go about changing the FEIN number and name on a 1099-k tax form

In order to have these requested edits made to your 1099-K Form, you’re going to need to get in touch with our Tax Team. You can do so by using this link to connect with our Live Team. From there, they’ll get your request escalated up to the Tax folks and they’ll look into making these changes for you, assuming this is the form Shopify provided you.
