Thank you for your message, I would be happy to offer you some suggestions for this.
Firstly, I wanted to mention how much I enjoyed checking out your shop. You have a really great design here and it looks like you have some fantastic products and prices, you should be proud of your work here. In regards to your font and font colour, you should be able to change this in your theme settings area. Try heading to, Online store>Themes>Customize>Theme Settings>Typography to manipulate the font across your entire theme.
You would be able to change your font colour under, Online Store>Themes>Theme Settings>Colors and change the "Body Text" colour, you can also manipulate the colour of your headings etc!
If you are trying to change your font to a font that is not available, you will want to reach out to the developers of your theme to look into this possibility. Your theme is developed by a team called “Eight” and they can be reached directly on the Capital theme listing page here under “Support and documentation”.
If your theme developers cannot provide you assistance on additional fonts, you could always look into utilizing a third-party font app, such as the following options:

thanks for taking the time to reply. This theme doesn’t have built in customizations for the footer, so I would need to edit the theme code. Can you help?

Thank you for clarifying that, I actually have not come across a theme myself yet that does not include footer customization. In regards to editing your theme’s code, since you are using a third-party theme, you would need to reach out to the developers of your theme to look into this possibility. You can find the direct link to the Capital theme listing on our Theme store in my original response to you where you can reach out to your theme developers support directly. If the developers of your theme are not able to help you with this customization, your next step would be to reach out to a local developer or a Shopify expert to help out!
