Hello, I was wondering how I can change the orange header on the website to a different color such as white. I can’t find how to change it as it is not apart of our color theme for our brand.

I reviewed the Boundless theme on my own store and it looks like the header for the store is transparent by default. Your theme has most likely been customized in the theme code or through an app to alter the header and make it a solid color.
On your store’s homepage, you can right click > inspect the header and you may be able to see what the coding is for the customization, which can help you track it down in the theme code. If you want to share your store URL here with us, myself and potentially some of the developers that help on the forums might be able to help with that.

No worries! In that case I would contact our live support through the Help Center so they can authenticate your store account and review your theme file with you.
It’s important to note that our support is not trained in theme development. I can’t guarantee they will be able to find what is causing the header to be a solid color instead of transparent. They are always happy to look though and see if they can track down what is causing that.
