How can I change the header name in Dawn theme?

Just needing to change the header name from “Products” to “Arrangements”, please can someone help?

Go to Online Store > Themes > Actions > ‘Edit Languages’
Once page loads, in the search bar within the Languages page, type “Products” and then look for a section as on the screenshot below.
