How can I change the mobile banner image on my homepage?

Does anyone know how or where to change the background banner image on my homepage? It shows my slideshow on desktop but on mobile it keeps reverting to some weird image that I cannot seem to change. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My site is https://worklifeca.com/
