Hi,
I have the Symmetry theme. A few weeks ago I added a banner to the desktop and mobile view. I just went in to change the banner message and it will let me type in the new message for mobile the the only message is still displayed and will not change. Can anyone help me figure this out please? It changed on desktop but not for mobile.

The Symmetry theme is a third-party theme so it could be an issue with your primary theme specifically, have you checked an unpublished Shopify theme to see if this issue is replicated? If not, you can do this by heading to Online Store>Themes>Free Themes>Explore Free Themes then choose a free Shopify theme, then click Action>Preview on the unpublished theme to see if the issue is replicated there.
This will determine whether the issue is specific to your third-party theme. If so, I would recommend reaching out to the developers of your Symmetry theme. The theme is developed and supported by a team called Clean Canvas:
You should be able to reach out to them directly on their site here. Just a friendly reminder that if you have manipulated your theme’s coding in any way, your theme’s developers may not be able to support this issue. If that is the case, you may want to reach out to a Shopify Expert.
Another possibility is if you are using a Banner application to add your banner, there may be an issue with the app itself. So if you are utilizing a banner app, it may be worth reaching out to the developers of the application to look into this issue.
