I’m unable to find anywhere in theme content where to change the “My Store” label on product pages, above the product name. Any ideas? Thank you!

This is the “Vendor”. You can change this on the product page itself or hide it o remove it in the WYSIWYG Editor (Online Store > Themes > Customize, find the product section and then find “text” block at the top and delete it or hide it by clicking the eye icon).
