How can I change the name on my balance card in Shopify?

i cant change the name on my shopify balance store, please help??

The name on your Balance account/card is the name that would have been entered when you initially set up your Shopify Payments account, and this can only be changed by our Merchant Tax team. In order to initiate this process, you will need to reach out to our live Support team via the Help Center and create a support ticket. You can let them know you need to change the legal name on your Shopify Balance and Shopify Payments account.
