How can I change the order confirmation email Tax

Hello everyone,

We have two shipping countries: Austria (AT) and Germany (DE):

And I want to change in the order confirmation email how the tax will displayed.

Because if I make a test order for AUSTRIA I get this email:

If i make a test order for GERMANY I get this email:

And I would like to display this:

Instead of AT VAT → inkl. 20% MwSt.

Instead of DE MwSt → inkl. 19% MwSt.

So if someone would like to buy in my store and he will get a delivery to germany he will get in the conformation email inkl. 19% MwSt. and if he want a delivery to austria an email with inkl. 20% MwSt.

Has anyone an idea?
