My shopify store was created by an agency and then ownership was transferred on my email. Now I want to remove the agency from collaborator since I’m no longer working with them but to remove that shopify is asking me for password. I don’t know the password which was used by them for store creation and i want to change that password since I’m the owner so how can I change that password?
