Hello, to answer your question, it may not be possible. To edit many elements of the “Checkout” page (not cart but checkout) you will need the higher level plan Shopify Plus.
You can make a few changes by doing the following:
Go to Themes> “…”> Edit default theme content>
Then at the top of the page Search “Credit Card” (or any other keyword)> Change Labels> Save
