How can I change the product display order in my online store?

Hi. I am really unable to change the order of how the products are being shown in shop.

I am well aware that I can change the order set to manually and drag and drop within collections. However, this does not change the default order in “shop” where all collections are being showed. It just sort the different products alphabetically anyway. Should be way easier to fix this. Please, any help?

How do you want to change the order?
What theme you are using? by default Dawn theme support for some sort in collection page. You don’t like that function?

I am using Craft theme. I can manually sort the products in the collection pages, but not in Shop, where all products are displayed.
