In the Dawn theme, I’d like to change the colors of the “Sort By” dropdown menu found in the collections page, as it’s hard to read due to my color scheme.

I appreciate you letting us know which theme you are using as that is very helpful. Looking into the options available using the Dawn theme, it looks like we can navigate to the Theme Editor and make changes to the color text by selecting on the Theme Settings.
With that being said, we are unable to specifically make changes to the colors of the “sort by” drop down menu using our Theme Editor. In order to change the color of the drop down menu on the store will require a change of coding.
Since the Dawn theme is designed and supported by Shopify, we can use free design time for Shopify themes to allow our internal themes team make the corresponding changes on your behalf. If you are interested in using the design time, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the changes you would like to see on your online store.
