Hello!!! I need to change the store currency, it is now on USD and I need to change it to another currency since I sell to another region. The problem is that I made a test purchase and now it won’t let me change the currency, I would appreciate it if someone could help
@DavidBB You’ll need to reach out to Shopify Support Team directly to have your currency changed.
To reach Shopify Support team, follow the link to Shopify Contact page, login to your store, search for the issue you need help with, for example, “change currency” then look for the option to Continue to get support. From there, you’ll be able to speak with our team via live chat, email or callback request.
