Hi guys, I want to create a new page for the homepage for our rebranding. The only problem is: how can I change the homepage while keeping the current one live? I can’t duplicate it or anything.

You can’t duplicate the home page template in a theme. Shopify doesn’t allows that. What you can do is just simply duplicate the whole theme and work on the duplicated draft theme and once it’s done then you can publish it.

Ah okay, on my current page I have custom CSS on almost all pages. When I duplicate it, the codes change, which means I have to manually insert the new codes again everywhere. Is there a solution for this?
Do you want same page like homepage and want to duplicate the homepage and change the content? @User026

Duplicate your theme, then change it in the duplicated draft.
