I can`t change color of the text in all buttons. I upload here the image of color in Theme settings.
At the moment color button and text in the button are the same.

I appreciate the context that you have shared as well as including a screenshot! Could you let us know which theme you are using? As this will determine the next steps to changing the text color in all buttons in the online store.
If you are unsure about which theme is live on your online store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots that are located towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

Looking into the Lorenza theme, you should be able to change the color options for the button text color by navigating to the Theme Editor and selecting on the Theme Settings. In the settings, you should be able to locate the Colors to change the button text.
With that being said, the Lorenza theme is a third-party theme that is designed and supported by Fluorescent Design Inc., you may or may not have this exact option available. However, you could make a coding change to the theme to have the button color display as you would like. Since Shopify did not create or develop this theme, we are a bit unfamiliar with the style of coding that is being used.
In this case, you can reach directly out to the developers of the theme and let them know of your inquiry of changing the button text color. They should be able to provide you with additional support and insight to make this change. I came across their Contact Us page and wanted to provide it.
