How can I change the title and description on a product page in Sense Version 10.0?

The theme I am using is Sense Version 10.0

The problem I am having is trying to figure out how to have the title and description box change on the product information page when you either click on the picture of the item or select the item from the variant dropdown. When I click on the title box or the description box while trying to customize the website, the right hand side will say that those block do not have customizable settings. I have tried using metafields and that does not seem work (unless I am doing something wrong).
