How can I change the top menu link color in the Debut theme?

I’m trying to customize the menu in the Debut theme. I figured out the code to change the background menu color. However, I can’t figure out how to change the LINK menu color.

In the settings, you can change “headings and links” but I only want the top menu links changed, not the headings. How can I do this?
