How can I change the wording of my shipping policy on my product page

I want to change the shipping cost of my site but I can’t get the shipping cost to change in the middle of my product page. If anyone could guide me on how to set the £99.99 figure as my new shipping price I would be very grateful.

Thanks for this. However this does not work. There isn’t the option to change either FREE SHIPPING on orders over £99.99 or EXPRESS SHIPPING available at checkout via this section.
