How can I change what the instock status says?

Some items I have instock. Some items will dropship. Some items I will order from the wholesaler when the customer’s order is placed and then ship.

I would like to change the wording on the “inventory is on the way” status to something else (to be determined). How can I change the wording on the instock

You can try to find and edit that text from your Online store > Themes > Edit default theme content
