How can I charge in USD and deliver to Costa Rica?

Hi, i want to have my store in USD $, so i can have payment via Paypal, no other way.

But, when i´m trying to do a checkout, Costa Rica is not listened as a country.

I already done the shipping destinations.

And this is how it looks like at checkout.
