Can anybody advise me on how to clear my notifications on the app? The little red number relating to the number unfulfilled orders that shows on top of the app. I have fulfilled all orders to date and have ensured they are all archived. I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall hoping it would work. I don’t know what else to do..
Go into your phone’s notification settings and turn all your Shopify notifications off. Then turn them back on. It worked for me.
Have u solved it ? Coz i am facing the same and i tried to turn off the notification and then in but without any luck

It’s happening to me as well. It’s showing 1 notification but I have fulfilled all sales. Have uninstalled and tried turning off notifications and nothing seems to work! Any advice would be much appreciated 
I was having this problem, I hate seeing the little red number when there isn’t anything there. Searching through possible solutions from other people I stumbled upon unarchiving and then re-archiving my last order, as I knew that was the order that didn’t want to “go away”. Maybe that’ll help?
