For example, have you ensured you have all the right trust indicators on your store to encourage visitors to actually complete their orders? Or do you have a strategy to keep visitors engaged right up to the checkout?
If you want to share a link with your store I’d be happy to give it a look and provide some pointers! You could pause your store and continue to work on it to save money while implementing changes to make your store all the more optimized for conversions. When you use the Pause and Build plan, your store continues to run at a reduced cost of $9 USD per month.
Or if you wanted to just step away and take a breath, you could pause your store completely for 3 months. Your store is paused for up to three months without being charged for your subscription. You can reopen your store any time during the three months. If, after three months, you don’t reopen your store, then you’re upgraded to the Pause and Build plan, which is $9 USD per month.
If you’re absolutely sure you’d like to cancel your store completely, you can do cancel your subscription and close your store.
