How can I close my online store without encountering an 'Invoice Payment Failed' message?

Hello,

I had a trial store running, i didn’t make any sales and I no longer plan to use it. I would want to close my store. However, when I do so it tells me “Invoice Payment Failed” I do not want to pay for the services I have not used. Can someone please help me with how to close my store? I have no apps running on my store too.

It is showing as “Payment invoice failed”.i havent made a single sale and my store was password protected all the time. I dont wanna pay to close my store. Please help me out to close it
