How can I code a custom call button in the liquid section?

Can someone give me a code to be added in the “custom liquid” section which will display a call button?

There are many free apps providing the same but they are all floating button.

Yes. I managed to get a code to add “Whatsapp button” in my product page using custom liquid section.

I would like a similar one but for calling function instead. Ofcourse, the button has to look different in terms of the text, color, etc.
