how can i charge cash on delivery from customers in greece.One custome order from me cash on delivery and i dont how how to collect the payment

You need to contact local Greek shipping companies and ask them if they support Cash on Delivery, you will then have to sign a contract with them and you will be able to ship your COD orders with them and they will give you the amount paid by the customer at delivery

Cash on Delivery should be used only when you have a means of collecting payment in person. For example, if you are shipping locally where you can physically charge the customer. Or if you are working with a shipping provider that offers COD support for one of their delivery people to collect the funds from your customer at the time of delivery.
