How can I collect food tax in New Hampshire?

Hello,

I need to collect taxes in New Hampshire since our products for sale are prepared food items which do have a tax. However, since NH does not have sales tax, there is no option to select that state in the “regions you’re collecting in” section. I have attached a screenshot so you can see. Thank you for your help.

I’m running into the same issue; We sell wine, which requires tax to be collected for New Hampshire orders, but Shopify’s native settings do not allow for this. Did you find a workaround for this?

I can’t say for sure but check into creating an override. If that works, Shopify tech support may need to walk you through setting it up.

Don’t wait for Shopify to answer you on here though. That might be a while.
