My company is launching in about a week. For the last year, we sold presales for our product.For the first 400 orders, we did not collect shipping addresses because we were waiting until closer to launch to do so.
Now that we’re close to launch, we need to send out an email letting customers add their shipping information and confirm their preorders. We thought this would be relatively easy, but have put several unsuccessful hours in: first we tried writing a custom email in klayvio but we couldn’t get it to populate the order, just the billing address. Then we tried updating the order confirmation email and resending it manually, but it is giving us an error when we click “Update order details”. We also downloaded an app, Relocate by Crowd Control, that gave us the same error message when we click “update order details”.
Please help!
