Just so I’m understanding correctly, you get the same error when attempting to merge profiles that are linked to discounts and subscriptions? At this time, these are known limitations during this phase of the feature roll out. Also, please keep in mind that this feature was built for merging customer profiles and not customer accounts.
Any updates or changes to this release will be noted on our Changelog.
With these current limitations. What percentage of your profiles have you been able to merge?
